What is the difference between screw dispensing valves and other dispensing valves?
The dispensing valves on the market are generally divided into the following types:
1、 It is a pneumatic point glue valve that relies on the pressure to control the amount of glue. The advantage is that it is cheap and relatively conventional.
2、 It is an electric dispensing valve, which is divided into gear pump, piezoelectric valve, screw metering dispensing valve, and screw pushing dispensing valve.
Taking gear pumps as an example, their advantages are suitable for products with generally high adhesive content, high viscosity, and low price. Disadvantages: It is not suitable for glue with high density or particles, and the gear pump is prone to jamming. It is also not suitable for products with small measurements (usually below 0.5g).
Screw dispensing valve, advantages: suitable for small measuring products and high viscosity glue, with high measurement accuracy and high two-component glue ratio that can be set arbitrarily. Disadvantage: Not suitable for high-dose glue injection.
Piezoelectric valve, advantages: fast dispensing speed, high accuracy, suitable for various viscosities. Disadvantage: Cannot make two component adhesive.
