How Spiral Dispensing Valve Works
Spiral suspension valve is a new type of valve body that is composed of a regular geometric capacity body formed by the meshing of the rotor and stator, which can be used for dispensing metering. The main working components are eccentric screws and fixed bushings (rubber material). Due to the special geometric shape of these two components, separate sealed cavities are formed, and the medium is uniformly pushed and flows through the meshing of the rotor and stator. The internal flow rate is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex or agitation. Mainly used in the high-precision fluid dispensing industry.
The characteristics of Spiral suspending valve
1. With a special eccentric spiral structure, it can achieve long-term stable adhesive application,
2. Adjustable motor forward and reverse selection to achieve suction function;
3. Special pump structure, not subject to external environment and material changes, suitable for glue from low viscosity to high viscosity: 4. Free and simple adjustment of mixing ratio and dispensing amount. By controlling the number of rotations and speed of the rotor, the amount and proportion of glue dispensed can be easily and quickly adjusted.
