The mixing tube, commonly known as the mixing head, consists of an outer plastic sleeve and an inner spiral rod. The spiral rod is composed of a series of left and right rotating blades arranged vertically and tightly inside the casing in order. When the fluid passes through the mixing tube, it is continuously cut and reassembled, and can be evenly and automatically mixed by dividing into two, four, and eight. The use of mixing tubes provides a low-cost solution for the mixing of two component liquids.

Static mixing tube: It only has static components inside the pipeline, and the fluid flows in the pipeline to impact various types of components. When laminar flow is "segmentation position movement reassembly" turbulence, it also generates intense eddies, with strong shear force applied to the fluid, further dividing and mixing the fluid to form the required emulsion. Static mixing has lower costs and simpler maintenance compared to dynamic mixing!
