Working principle of plasma surface processor
1.Plasma generation: The equipment ionizes the gas through the plasma generator to produce plasma;
2, plasma treatment: according to the different needs of the product treatment, the use of different process gases to treat the product, such as: carbides using oxygen, oxides can be passed into hydrogen and so on;
3, plasma composition: plasma is composed of ions, electrons and the collection of unionized neutral particles, the whole is a neutral state of matter;
4, the reaction process: the plasma produces visible light, ultraviolet light, infrared light, ultraviolet light is absorbed by the material, resulting in free radicals, through some series of reactions, so that the surface properties of the material change.
5, gas combination, by changing the composition of the gas, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and other gases, to bring different treatment effects.
6, plasma through its own free radical dissociation can cause a variety of chemical reactions on the surface of the material (dehydrogenation, oxidation, addition). The impact of ion flow on the surface of the material causes surface etching and heating, and also causes a reaction similar to that of neutral flow.
