Analysis of the working principle of the screw adsorption machine
1.The adsorption automatic locking screw machine relies on the vacuum generated by the vacuum generator to adsorb, that is, the adsorption force generated by the screw through the compressed air of the electric batch head, remove a single screw (or use magnetic suction), and then run and locate the product hole, and the electric batch will automatically lock into the product;
2. The screw efficiency is related to the size of the lock product and the length of the screw;
3. Generally 0.8-2S/Pcs lock with a screw.
Adsorption lock screw and product requirements
Product: After the screw is locked down, there is no obstacle within 0.5mm around the screw cap, and the screw head and the product will have plane contact, so enough space should be left.
