CS2001 is an epoxy resin (rapid thermal hardening) adhesive with high shear dilution viscosity, making it suitable for high-speed surface mount assembly machines (needle tube type) dispensing machines. Suitable for various ultra high speed dispensing machines (45000~50000DPH), it has been developed into a lead-free (Pb Free) soldering product that requires high temperature and heat resistance according to the requirements of pollution-free products.

Single component, paste like, rapid heat hardening, high thixotropy
Has good shear thinning viscosity and low moisture absorption characteristics
Has excellent performance in cold and hot shock resistance, heat resistance, insulation, weather resistance, welding resistance, etc
